  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 pork shoulder roast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan fatty side up. Puncture it all over with a fork.
  • Add the oregano, adobo seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Rub the mixture evenly over the pork shoulder. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 31⁄2–5 hours until the meat falls off the bone easily.
  • Remove the foil and bake for 20–30 minutes more.
  • Serve warm.
